I received my Nokia N97 in November 2009. In the 1 month it started to have problems.The phone was getting hot, switch off by it self, it freezes, and alot more. So they gave me a new 1. After a week the same problem so i took it back.They fix it or so they say its a hardwear problem. From there on i have to loan a phone from my friends, my phone goes in for repairs i wait 3 to 4 weeks and if it returns it still not working, i send it back wait my 4 weeks it returns still not working.The 1 time the phone received a new face cover dont now why because its still brand new but that didnt solved the problem the phone was still not working. The last 2 times NASHUA MOKOPANE (they r very helpfull the problem isnt with that branch) told me my phone have returned but it is still not working they tested it self. I called costumer services severial times everytime somebody will call me back im still waiting.I pay over R2000.00 a month on my contract with this type of service i will not . Please can you help me????????????
