I ordered a handbag from this company online...the quality was terrible plus it had a strong smell. It was a leather bag but this was not the usual way leather smells. I wanted to return it, they said I had to contact them online for authorization to return. They asked me 20 questions, took a long time to respond but finally gave me the authorization. However, the kick was that they charged me a 20% "restocking fee." They don't tell you about this when you order anything. I would not recommed anyone order from them. They are quick to take your money but their products are shoddy and you may or may not be able to return what you've bought, should you change your mind. Stick with repudable companies whose name you know.
