I purchased tramadol online from nationmedication.com and my delivery came 1 day late. I paid $19.95 for FedEx overnight delivery but the tramadol came 2 days later. Although the tramadol pills were fine and the prescription was filled at a local pharmacy they were late.I demanded a refund for the overnight prescription delivery charge but the company refused saying my order for tramadol was placed past the cut off time of 2:00pm and therefore overnight prescription delivery did not apply. I don't remember seeing that stipulation and so demanded my shipping charge back but nationmedication.com refused, stating their policy of only delivering prescriptions overnight if the order is placed before 2:00pm the day before. I think they should have made this more clear as we are paying top dollar for overnight medication delivery.
