Nation wide home relief told us that they would be able to help us modify our home though they know that it is a business home.After working with us from feb.2009 till now, they told us that Indymac denied the modification request.when I asked Nation wide home relief about my balance of $995, I was told that they will call me to determin the amount I will receive.Now, I have called all their numbers including Atlanta and Florida numbers, and they all have been disconnected.Also Indymac is not willing to work with us on repayment plan unless we pay the deliquent amout in full which is upto seventeen thousand, because our house is an investment property.They are ready to foreclose the house, than letting us keep the house and make arrangement for repayment.Please help.
