These people called me at my job threatening to file charges against me for a loan that I received in May 2008. My account was closed by the bank in December 2008 and no one ver contacted me to make payment arrangements. I never received a letter in the mail or even a phone call. Then out of the blue I received a call at work telling me charges are going to be filed. They told me that they sent emails to me which they know were probably sent to the spam and junk mail which almost always gets deleted and advised me that I probably thought they were some type of solicitation and that is why I did not respond.
