My sister-in-law received a call stating that she had co-signed for a loan. And that I had not paid the loan. They said they were going to take us to court. I called the company twice. Once I spoke to a 'Supervisor' John Anderson and the second time I talked to Matthew Parsons-the person that called my sister-in-law and left a message on my phone. I was told that the company I supposedly borrowed the money from was Cashco. (I called Cashco and was told that they could say nothing verbally. They would send an email. I have not received anything yet). I called my bank (in case I had a lapse in memory or a second identity) but I had not received $300 in May of 2008 from Cashco or from anywhere else. When speaking with John, I told him not to call Pam or myself again. I told both John and Matthew I would see them in court. Also, John cursed me before hanging up the phone. I have also called the Court system in the county Sebastian, Fla is in. They have no record of the company or of any lawsuit. I am very upset. If you have any ideas of what else I can do, please let me know.
