Customer care number and the Audit Hotline number not even rang. An old trick of not hanging up a phone connected to that line so the line go's dead till the receiver is replaced for 5 min. And on the 3rd number Tax Hotline you get put on hold automatically for about 5 minutes. Then get prompted to leave your name ID number and contact number and someone will get back to you. The only number I could find that works was on there web site. When I called to cancel I was told I have to fax in a statement saying so with a signature. The got a number Fax this. I do not know yet what will become of this. But from the looks of the other reports on here, and the other phone numbers. I would say it is another non-hooked up line, the fax feeds strait into the trash or it's to a completely different company.
