On 7/29/10, I recieved a call from National Auto. When I calmly questioned the authenticity of the company, the sales person became irrate and called me "lazy" because I would not go retrieve my vin number so he could read it to me as proof of the company's knowledge of my car. He then told me I should be driving a Cheaper car since I could not afford $100 to pay down on this insurance! With further rantings as I tried to reason with him, he screamed into the phone that he calls me "Niggerrich"! I am 62 years old, and have worked all of my life and I am continuing to work. I did not in any situation deserve the treatment I recieved. I will call my attorney general and anyone else I can get to listen!!!
