Do not sign a contract with this outfit! They claim to have expertise to recover government HUD funds owed to you. They tell you that you don't need to pay them up front, but they ask you to sign an agreement that says you will give them a 40% portion of the funds recovered no matter when they are recovered no matter who recovers them. In other words, once you sign, they are entitled to almost half of your money, regardless of whether they do anything for you. Once you sign, they do nothing. They don't answer their phones or respond to mail correspondence. Nothing! Even if you send mail telling them you are canceling the contract, they do not respond. They figure they don't have to do a thing. Now that you know there is money owed to you, eventually, you will take another course of action to get the money and they can just sit back and wait. When you hire someone else who does get your money, or when you do it yourself, they pounce and send you correspondence indicating you have violated a contract, threatening to send you to collections and ruin your credit if you don't give them 40% of your money, even though they never helped you get it.
