Everything began back in February when I accepted a 'trial' cart to test on one of the printers. It was supposed to be free of charge but after I decided not to go with them they sent us an invoice for 1 cart. We paid for it and everything was ok at that point.

Last week we got a UPS package with 4 cartridges, I called to say we didn't ordered anything and no body was available to help. So far no call back from them (no surprises).

Now I now what's the deal I won;t call them back, will return the box and my receiving area has been warned to not receive anything form them.

I would complain personally, unfortunately we are quite far in the Midwest.

What I don't understand is, if this is a fraudulent company, how is it possible for it to still be operating or how is it possible for the credit bureaus to take it seriously?
