Similar story - I was called and told that I would receive a free cartridge on a program to compare my current cartridge to theirs. I was also told I would never see an invoice. I told him not to send the cartridge, but he insisted in sending an HP4000. I told him to send whatever he wanted because I wouldn't use it - 30 days later, I received an invoice and they tell me they can't issue an RA after 30 days - go figure - They told me if I could have made a decision not to have the cartridge delivered that I wouldn't have received it - I did make that decision and told him not to send and received it anyway. Get these guys off your vendor lists - they are horrible.
