i ve received an email saying i won 1, 500.000 pounds from the national lottery tower. they sent a second one to claim my winnings from a courier co. ecp courier. how do these folks stay active with this scam? doesn t the english police and court system have the power to stop these fraud artist. if it s legal to scam people from england, maybe everyone should move there as the police obviously have no authority in these matters.i use to be impressed with scotland yard, but am now thinking they re nothing but a joke as they cant even shut down scammers.
