Nikkei Centre provided a VERY POOR experience as a wedding venue.

Their wedding co-coordinator Harumi was very difficult to deal with, she insisted that we had to use their in-house decorator if we were to do our wedding at Nikkei. We found out later on from the Executive Director that this was not true at all.

We had meetings scheduled that were cancelled at the very last minute and we did not receive a quote from their decorator until 4 months after what they had promised. Harumi would never get back to us in a timely manner and would constantly lie to us saying that she had sent us emails when in reality we never received a single email from her. She told us that we could not have direct contact with the decorator, and again we found out later on from the Executive Director that this should not have been the case.

They were very unprofessional and stressful to deal with. We ended up going with another venue (Italian Centre) 4 months prior to our wedding and Nikkei only refunded us half of our initial deposit (the Executive Director told us this was due to administrative costs??). Don’t bother wasting your money and time on a place like this where they could care less about the services they’re supposed to provide.
