My husband received a phone call today from National Payday Loans on his cell informing him of a loan they "claim" we took in 11/2008 for $500. The person said we took the money and ran!! They want $5400 and are going to the police dept on Monday to serve a warrant... Knowing we had not taken the loan, I checked all my bank records ... I cant believe I let some idiot get me worked up at all now, Thinking... I have the same account for years, if I took a loan, obviously they would have withdrawn it!!!This is ridiculous people think they can actually pull scams like this. ... National Payday Loan is a scam and fraud!! Do not trust anyone calling from 941-961-8518...I tried to call it back and amazing it says its a non working number! Funny they called me!
