unauthorized debit
I have never signed up with this company nor filled out any requests. I noticed a debit of 99.95 from my bank account and I gave them a call to let them know that I had never heard of their company and wanted my money back. I was told that it was non-refundable. I then ask them to send me a copy of the contract that I had supposedly filled out and was told that they couldn't do that either. I am currently filing a police report and having my bank look into possible fraud.

Unauthorized charges
I do not know how this company got my information. I assure you that I did not sigh any agreements. My account was debited $99.95 and since I live pay check to paycheck--then this calls for a situation where i wont even be able to drive to work on Monday or the rest of the week unless someone helps me! my account has $14.26 in it. plus I just got gas that hasnt cleared on my debit card so my account will a negative $5.74. Thanks to the people in this company I have royally doopped. What is America come to? Stealing money from the poor is just not right!!! I will get my refund, I do not care what I have to do!

Unauthorized billing
I had applied to a company for a cash advance that I never got. Then I found out today that they had signed me up for this National Platinum Card that I never authorized.
They took the money right out of my account and when I called they wouldn't do anything about it, said that I must have agreed to it in order for them to sign me up for it. I tried to contact the company directly and they only offer an email, no phone number and with no luck.
