Collections

They called and left 8 messages over a 2-day period of time. Each message was worse. ON the last message, the person said that he would 'call all of my freinds that lived near me, call of my relatives, and make certain that i would lose my job'". Interestingly enough, the people that left messages, went by the names Peter Parker, John Cooper and Brian Smith. Right. I called back, they would tell me anything of substance, only listing a bunch of company names, that i 'may' own money too. They they hung up on me, when i started asking them questions.

Harassing Phone Calls

I just recievved a call from a man stating that he was form a National Processing Division and that I was going to be in locked up for bank fraud and money tranfer fraud and He had to read me a court papers over the phone and if i did not shut up and let him read the documents over the telephone he was coming to my home and lock up me and my family this person had my address, SSN, DOBand so on.

The person had a accent, was very threathing to me. after I got off the telephone with this person I went to the police station and had a police officer call and that when I found out that it was this company calling and harassing people
I had all of my accounts locked and I am in the process of clearing mine creadit report I want to report these people and stop them from ever doing this to another person
