I was charged 39.90 on my credit card for magazines I did not order. I called the company to complain, they can't even find an order for me under my name or credit card number. How can a company charge a credit card without an order processed? It is a fraudulant charge and am still fighting to get the money back. I will not take this laying down. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. Not sure how they even got my credit card number in the first place. The BBC needs to shut this operation down before someone gets hurt in the long run. This has hurt my marriage because my husband doesn't trust me now with finances. Now I have to ask to get money to pay bills and have to use a money order in order to pay them because of this company. It sucks!
