I was told that my fee would be refunded, if the property was not sold within one year. The person I talked to told me that, although a selling price was listed, it should be negotiable to have the best chance of selling. At the end of the year the property was not sold and, when I requested my refund, I was told that the refund does not apply to negotiated sales prices.
