Consumer beware. This company is extremely poorly managed, and their business practices are questionable at best. I cleared my schedule at considerable expense for a notary class they were scheduled to administer. Then, without any notice to me whatsoever, they decided to cancel the class. Amazingly, they balked at refunding my credit card purchase after they clearly breached their contract -- stated that it could take up to 4 weeks to receive a refund. I have never encountered a shoddier or less professional company, and they purportedly train notaries!! It's wild. I wrote to customer service via email as a follow-up and never received a reply. Steer clear at all costs!
