ILD was charging my AT&T bill 14.95 per month for 20 months without my knopwledge. They claim my wife ordered this 800 voicemailbox service on "useful.com". She never did. If you go to the useful.com website you will see it would have been impossible- it's a dummy site full of google search names.

She ordered a ringtone once from a company. Perhaps buried in the agreement was something that triggered this billing. It's a fraud scheme. Check your bill. I was billed 20 months by ILD for "800 voicemail". After a few calls to customer service they have refunded 8 months. Why not 20? I'm still fighting but can't get a name of a person, only anonymous customer service people at a "processing center".

How can we stop this?
