This is a Total Scam. Nationwide Financing (formerly Money Tree), Epage listing and 5 other companies run out of a massive building in Canoga Park, CA, are all a massive rip off machine. Avi Ziekie, the CEO, has a sweet opperation. The pitch is that they are looking to 'form long term relationships with qualified brokers and agents' to close their hot clients, all for 10 or 15 percent on the back end. The "nominal" upfront cost for marketing and verification is anywhere from $16 - $50. And that gets refunded after the first closing! How can you lose, right?

Of course, the 'referals' they send out are total crap. Then they hit your account month after month until you cancel. They even stopped taking credit cards because there were so many charge backs.

Avoid these vampires.
