Requested free 15 day supply; was charged $4.95 for shipping. I remember checking that I DID NOT want to automatically receive a continuing 30-day supply. Was surprised to receive a 30-day supply and a charge for $79.22 appeared on the credit card used to pay the shipping fee. I have since received 2 more bottles and two charges of $87.17 each. Have attempted to call using the number on credit card, but it is not valid (999-999-9999).

There is no other number found on the credit card or on the packing list.

Will attempt a letter today, returning the 3 months supply of product.

I received a trial of acai berry in Febuary. After reading about this being a scam with no results I tried to call the company several times. I do not wish to participate in the program and wish to opt out. The first call kept me on hold for 20 min. The next day I was told that the computers were down. The third call said the telephone system is expiercencing some trouble. The next call I was on hold for 15 min. I finaly left a message opting out of the program and not recieved a return call. They have my crdit card number and I am fearful that they may use this without my speaking to someone. Please help me in this situation. Thank you
