I too ordered the free trial of cosmetyn stretch mark cream, all went well and I cancelled before I was charged full price. However, I was looking at my bank statement and found a charge I did not recognize. I called the number attached to the charge and it was disconnected, so called the bank for help. They mentioned there was a charge on my previous statement for the same amount with a different number to call. I tried that number and got natural source customer service (801-404-9906) and spoke with Steven who politely told me that the $29.99 charge was from other companies who were included to infringe on my "free trial" and that even thoughf I cancelled with cosmetyn, the email they send had another number to call and cancel any infringing companies. So if it goes into your spam file, which mine did, you will not know you are being charged and they "earn" $29.99 each month from you. Pretty sweet way to make money off of the unsuspecting public! PLEASE beware of the hidden things behind "free trials" and stick with your gut that tells you nothing is free!!! After all is said and done I asked what I was getting for the $29.99, he said I was getting recipes and information through email, I explained I never got an email so they are crediting me a whopping $15.00 back. So I got nothing out of this except knowledge which hopefully will save another from this mistake.
