I did not aak for recurring shipment, I got the product from a direct link from cbs website where one of their program director claimed to have tried it as research and it really worked and that all you had to spend was for the trial bottle with no pressure to buy more. It was advertised with Acai Berry and 2 links were given to try for a nominal shipping fee. I ordered the Acai Berry and it immediatley withdrew from my account $94 dollars and set me up for monthly shipments. I canceled and it still tried to sell me more. The NaturaClense link charged me 1.95 for the trial bottle I did not see where it would automatically set up monthly shipments until I came home on 12/21 to see a bottle had been delivered. I immediatley went to my checking accout and saw where on Dec 27th they sent through a transaction for $83 and change. There is no way to contact to cancel and have my money refunded. It did not send a confirmation email or customer service number where they can be reached.
