Hello, a few weeks back i was going to order a free trail of the berry pils, i did fill out the information and then when i seen that it had a member ship, i canceled it and deleted my information. I don't know how but a week later i received the free trial pills and was charged 4.95. I figured o..well not a big deal. Bit today 2-9-09, i was online looking at my back statement and they are trying to charge me 69.95 So i called and spoke to a Shawn, very rude and no help at all. I try to explain to him about this and he said You didn't call to cancel the membership. I told him i didn't go through with it so he got a supervisor on the phone by the name of Kevin, Very rude again, he is telling me there are no refunds, for the months supply. i told him i never got a months supply. he said it was just mailed out and i should receive it within a few days, i told them i dont want them. But he is saying there are no refunds. I need some one to help me with this. i want my money back. I went online line to read about this product after to talked to both of those RUDE people, and there advertise MONEY BACK GUARANTE, why are you going to advertise something like that and not fellow up with it. I want to know what should i do. I am not going to let these people take my money without my consent. Carmen
