I bought the whitening toothpaste for my sister because the cheom treatments were yellowing her smile and she hated that. My sister passed away July 25, 2009 and I forgot to cancel within the 14 day "gotcha trial." My family is way more important than any monies but I had moved in to help her family out with the bills and stuff and I ran accross the toothpaste. I spoke with this company on several occassions and Justin told me they would refund $140 of the $160 I paid, as we needed to pay some of the bills we were getting. I saw some chemo treatments over $60-70, 000 and she still passed away. I was told I would get that money and when I called the company back, 2 1/2 months later, they had "let go" of the guy (Justin) who said I was granted the refund. I asked for an address or any higher ups as Justin had spoke withon my behalf but this "Rick" guy said I could not speak with anyone else and he is the highset up person I could speak with. I feel as a human being one should have compassion but as a company you have a duty to the public. I spent 25 years in the hospitality industry and have NEVER been treated as bad or LIED to by any company. Natural Source Store is a cheating, neglegent company and should be put out of business by the public they ripp off.
