We bought granite countertops from this place, it supposed to be a family business of 3 brothers. A week after we have it installed, we saw a chip at the edge of the counter, we contacted them, they came to fix shorty after that, we thought this was a great company, recommended to all our friends about it, then we thought maybe we should inspect everywhere on the counter tops to make sure there nothing else wrong, since they still give a good service now, we found another chip at another area, we called them & they actually screamed at us for wasting their time to fix little chip like that & they said that they would never never come out to fix for us again & this was only less than 2 months after we purchased it, on the contract it' suppose to be a lifetime guarantee. We talked to the man that we purchased it from, he said that his brother is the owner so he has no say in it .
