This is a "Collection Agency" and their only purpose is to get your credit card or bank account number. They are unfamiliar with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and refused to contact their client regarding this supposed order. The agent, Michael, stated it was too bad that I was not lucid enough to familiarize myself with the terms and conditions of my order.
When I disputed the validity of the claim I was told by a supervisor, Linda Martell, that if I send my dispute to them in writing they "will just send my account to another collection company and add more fees."
I researched Online Healthy Lifestyle Newsletter (located in Giza, Egypt) and it states their newsletter is FREE.
This is a scam and I am lucid enough to also file a complaint with the BBB.
