Fraudulant Charge to my banking account
I fell for a free trial offer of the Acai Berry Detox trial offer. I authorized a $3.95 shipping and handling charge only and my account is currently being billed for $87.13 which was only supposed to be billed if you did not return the unused portion in 15 days. I did, and allowed approx 7 days for shipping and asked to cancel everything associated with this offer that my account could possably be billed for. When I saw this debit card authorization listed on my account, I called the bank to cancel unaware that you couldn't cancel a debit card purchase. I called the phone no listed on the account discription NATURALACAIDETOX 866-955-4017 GB and got a message saying that this office is currently closed. I called the phone no. from the recording and reached some DOW company and got a major runaround. They asked me for an order no. and when I gave them the no. from my receipt for the postage and trial they said it was supposed to be a 9 digit no. I was then transfered and put on hold forever. I made 2 attempts at this. The no. on the receipt that I printed off line was #2864574 / sku ACPLP21, AcaiBerry Detox LP. I did notice that ther is some technicle support data at the bottom of the receipt in fine print the info is as follows. Copyright @ 2008 Acai Berry Elite. Information Tech Systems Ltd., Charlesford Avenue, Kingswood, Maidstone, Kent, United Kingdom, ME173PH The trial bottle was sent from somewhere in Florida by some kind of distubritution co.
