We purchased a free trial of Nature's Best Organic Acai Berry Supplement paying only shipping charges. We later discovered that there were numerous reports of scams related to this product and called them and receive assurance that no future deliveries or charges would take place. Not only were we charged $85.91 for a future delivery but we were enrolled in two on-line services called "cost smashers" and "fit factory". Our credit card was charged an additional $29.95 for the on-line services. In a conversation today, we were again assured that no future charges would be billed to our credit card and we were provided with cancellation confirmation numbers. We received a credit for the $29.95 and were told that we would receive a call from a supervisor related to the recent delivery and charge of $85.91. We were furious!!!
Companies like these give bad names to the credible internet companies trying to provide a value product with honest customer service.
