I went through the same but i got my money back. I called this tel.Number(800-983-7968) and they said that they can calcel the future programs but not refund the $79.95. Thats when I threatened to sue them for unauthorized use of my account and the guy(who I could barely understand) spoke to a supervisor and agreed to refund my money and cancel "the program".
