My husband also bought in to the pop-up add that appeared when he was on the J.C. Whitney website. We were charged a lot for an Acai trial, which I think I've gotten straightened out. Apparently they are charging another price, $29.95 for something called Fit Factory and $2.95 for something called Cash Smash. I got confirmation numbers for the Bromalite was different. We've also been billed for that so I am now trying to figure out how to get that resolved. So far I've started a disputes with my DiscoverCard and they have credited my account for the amount they charge until it is resolved. If it isn't resolved or if they've scammed and taking the money and run, then, my account will be billed again I believe.
