I placed a order for a free 14 day trial offer for 4.99
on 2-5-2009 I was told it may be up to 2 weeks to get the order, that was alright with me. 2-27-2009 I called to see what happend to my order and was told they were sorry about the delay and would send the order out right away and that I would be charged 79.96 and 5.95 for shiping because the trial period had passed to report I dont want the product. My problem is I had not recived the product to say I dont want it in the time slot.I was told the 14 day free trial start's on the day you make the order, this is worng I have been refused a refundand still dont have a product. please help. thank you
