Natuzzi sold me a leather sofa with a 10 year warranty on the frame. It broke once and was repaired. It has broken in the same spot and now the "warranty is voided" because I moved. Natuzzi does business in both states I have lived in. The sofa has not been abused, I weigh 200 lbs and my wife weighs 10 pounds. The problem besides the crappy furniture is the crappy warranty.
