I purchased a Bowflex extreme 2 se. The bowflex ran my credit through HSBC and I was approved by HSBC but I told him I would not pay 20% interest. He said he would run it through Bowflex financing at a much lower interest rate and give me 12 months interest free. When I recieved machine which was supposed to enable you to do 60 different excersises I found a small manual that didnt even show 20 excersises. I called and complained to Bowflex and asked to return there product. They would not give me a return authorization Number but sent a cd that still doesnt list 60 different execises. I have called again and recieved no satisfaction then started getting bills from HSBC for this item at 20% interest. I called bowflex again and they hung up on me. I do not use this piece of junk and will not pay for it. They can have it back anytime they want. I told them I was going to ship it back and they told me they would not accept it back. The shipping costs are $270 wich I paid when I ordered it. There advertising is deceptive and there customer service does not exist. The insructions with the product are horrible and almost impossible to figure out. It took me 3 days to put it together and could only figure out 4 excersises with it. Just as a note I have 2 HSBC credit cards with 14% interest. I have 2 with 1st Premier with 9.9 % interest. I am not stupid and would never agree to pay 20% interest on anything.
