	February 12, 2008 No delivery! I ordered a DVD set as a Christmas present on Dec 18th. I still haven't received it. I contacted them on Jan. 11th via email and was told warehouse in Hawaii was backed up, I could continue waiting or cancel my order. I waited 2 more weeks and have tried 3 times to cancel my order, and they have not answered any of my emails since. You can not call them. I will never do business with them again and plan on contacting Visa about fraud!
	January 21, 2008 Terrible scam! Very similar to other complaints. I ordered a DVD set from Naxmedia in December 2007. They sent me a UPS tracking number but never sent the DVD set to UPS. I have been unable to make telephone contact or anything other than a generic reply email from this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Definite scam!
	January 16, 2008 No product delivered! NaxpMedia charged me $40 for a dvd set on December 12, 2007. On the 24th I was notified that they were going to send it via UPS. The tracking number reveals no delivery just a note indicating "billing information received". It has been over a month and I have not received the merchandise. When I call them, it goes directly to voicemail saying "the mailbox is full". NaxpMedia is a scam.
