I, too, ordered a Carol Burnett DVD series on December 27, 2007 for a birthday gift to be given on January 23, 2008. I did not receive the order and when contacting Naxpedia was emailed that the order was sent with a UPS number. The UPS tracking number entered only gave a message that the item was billed. I contacted Naxpedia and again received a message of how busy they were and that the complaint would be investigated. Again, no response within the next several weeks. Again, I contacted them and asked for a refund; an email stated the matter would be handled by the bank--no bank name, no phone no. to call so the email was useless. I have yet to receive any refund or any explanation and it is now March 5, 2008. Obviously, the company is a fraud operation and should be removed from the internet for any business to be conducted.
