On 1/19/2011 I purchased "The Complete National Geographic: Every Issue Since 1888 [With DVD] by National Geographic Society " (order No 106020) from this website and paid Rs 2330.734 online. It was stated while purchasing that the expected time of delivery would be by 23 January 2011.
It has been almost 23 days past from the date and yet I have not received anything. Repeatedly I have sent around 30 emails to the administration of the site but sadly all have been left unanswered.
