In April of 2009 I contacted NBKC Co., LTD., a product development company in China, through Alibaba. Ms. Nancy of NBKC CO., LTD. informed me that they are linked to the Chinese Government, and later told me that the Chinese Government must take part in any product design of the device. On June 17, 2009 at 9:19 PM, we sent the funding ($2, 500 usd) to NBKC Co., LTD for design and development of a product. After several days of not hearing from the company, I contact them and on July 20, 2009, Ms. Nancy informed me that she was on a business trip for 10 days, and that had ordered her engineers to start making the prototype before she left. At this stage I still have not seen any design from the design company. Now the company is telling me that although the design is not what I wanted, they have spent all the funds on the product development and that I must now send them an extra $1, 500 or I will not get the product or the money back. As such, I never got my product or my money back!
