I have received two bills from this NCC and they are for medical bills from an emergency room visit they say. They are from 2005. NCC cannot give me any proof of the hospital or any information regarding these medical bills. We have never before received any information saying we owe this money, and now it is almost 5 years later and they randomly just discovered this!
