I purchased a dinning room set on 12-3-2005 online through www.ncfurniturebuydirect.com. My order number is 456298. NC Furniture Buy Direct charged in my credit card for $1623.20 on Dec. 5 2005. I have been waiting for the furniture to come for the last three month from NC Furniture Buy Direct. I found out that NC Furniture Buy Direct can’t fill the order on Feb 24, 2006. I faxed my request to NC Furniture Buy Direct for a refund on Feb 24, 2006. They told me it should take 5-7 days to get the refund. I have not received any phone call from NC Furniture Buy Direct. I have called for many times to find out the status of my order. They said they will call me back. I have been waiting since Feb 24, 2006. There is still no refund from NC Furniture Buy Direct until today (4-17-2006).
