I "paid" a debt on ncofinancial.com back in January, and did a cut and paste of the confirmation page to prove payment. Recently, I got another letter from them asking for the same payment...same creditor, same amount. I've heard similar events on some other websites about NCO. I'm just saying, I have no way of knowing what they actually are doing with all my personal information!
