Neal’s Handyman Services was established by Neal Chamberlain of Lexington, MA in 2005 following his 25+ year career in facilities planning, design, construction and plant management. He oversaw the design and construction (architectural and engineering, general contacting or design build) of 100+ facilities – 1 billion + total sq. ft. – in buildings ranging from 5K to 1,000K sq. ft.

Neal works closely with many real estate firms to assist owners in getting their homes ready for sale in a cost and time effective manner. The same holds true for new home owners who need work completed before or during the move while minimizing disruption to the move in. He also works with several condo associations and over 50 housing developments to take care of many interior tasks for the busy homeowner.

No project is too small, nor too large for Neal. He is responsive to both emergencies and time sensitive projects and manages the budget, schedule in quality (materials and workmanship)
