This company will call and harass anyone in effort to find the owner of an account.

They have been calling me and harassing me looking for someone named Melisa who i have never even heard of, despite being told every time that they have the wrong number... I do not know the person they are trying to reach... Please remove my phone number from the record.

Now they are resorting to calling my home on the West coast in the early morning hours and waking everyone up, then getting rude and combative with me when i tell them to stop calling me - especially before 0900 in the morning.

I have complained every time they call...

I have filed an online complaint with the Haverhill chapter of the BBB...

I have filed a formal consumer complaint with my states Attorney General's office...

With equal conviction I will do everything in my power to see they are held accountable and prevented from this practice in the future.

That's my way of giving them back a dose of their own medicine!
