I bought the virus protection over the internet and paid for it over the internet. I had difficulty downloading, but did get assistance from the tech dept. Then, nothing. Not only does it not clean out viruses, but now when I try to email the address I was given for tech support, I am rejected as no such address. BEWARE! This is totally a scam. Please save your money. These people need to be put out of business. They are definitely a ripoff. I will now have to buy Norton which I should have done to begin with.
