The website said they could give me info based on licence plate number. After I became a member, there was no such service available thru their website. When I called to get my number back, 'James' said they had to take the service off their website because of new laws. When I said they were frauds, he said "I told you that I will refund you!" There is not place in hell hot enough for people like that.
