I opened a netspend debit card to save money for my children I made my first $200 deposit withn two days. I was so happy! Then I check my balance a few days later and my $200 were gone. It was transfered to another netspend customer names ERIKA BROWN! I called netspend it was very hard to reach a customer service rep then they didn't understand and gave me the runaround for hours. my phone battery literaly started to beep . A few hours later I called back and they said to mail in a dispute letter. I did that and they said they haven't recieved it. They are giving me the runaround again! They try any excuse not to give you your money back. They didn't need my signature to open the account or take my money!! I hate this bank! They still have not given me my mnoey back! I want my childrens money back! They stole $200 dollars from my kids! Don't trust this bank!
