I ordered a textbook on 12/17/07 and my credit card was charged for $92.19 on 12/19/07, but no book has been received. My credit card transaction showed an Australian exchange rate fee, so I became suspicious. Numerous attempts to contact company by all avenues given on the web site were unsuccessful. I have disputed the charge on my credit card but it is doubtful that I will get a refund.
