I joined this site on 10/29/07 and cashed out $75 around 12/27/07 and another $75 around the beginning of February 08. In March, I wrote to ask when I would get my eCard and reload and was told I would be paid, just be patient. On 5/12/08, they canceled all cashouts and returned doubled points to all members accounts to be used in raffles. Winners of raffles have had points returned to their accounts and been told the prize was not available. If you check the odds of even winning a raffle, you will find you have a better chance of being struck by lightening holding a winning lottery ticket in your hand than ever winning one of these raffles. The games have been proven and admitted by them to be rigged. The TOS changes frequently and Netwinner has violated their own TOS on numerous occasions. They have routinely violated the TOSs of all their advertisers by holding click ad contests in the forum and inducing members to click ads to support the site. They reduced the payouts to members while giving the advertisers a raise and stated in a letter to them that they were able to do this by lowering player's payouts. This site is a total scam and should be avoided like the plague. Playing there only puts more money in their pockets which they are going to need for legal fees very soon. Do NOT help these con artists!
