I ordered product net+ plus mcse over the phone with Matt . After finding out that he was sending products I had not requested and charging one price and and then another time another . I canceled the order. They sent me Net+ after I had canceled. I sent the package back unopened un used within 3 days. I asked for my money of 99 dollars back. They are still trying to sell me the product each time they reply to me and said they tried to call me and had canceleled my ticket. However I have written them over 3 times requesting my refund to no avail. My order numberis 3174792. I want my money back. They were trying to sell me something I clearly didnt ask for and then tried to change prices on me and change how they were charging me. I donot trust them and donot want their products. i want my refund
